I love my Dimension One AFS! I'm a lap swimmer and got tired of sharing lanes at the local pool with people always getting in my way. And I wanted to be able to exercise at any time of the day. I always start with a 30-minute workout. I think I'd go crazy without it. The low impact exercises and flexibility I get from it are great. I also appreciate the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. I'm very happy with my Dimension One AFS.
