Founder's Bio
Bob learned early in his career that dedication to customer satisfaction was the key to success, and he has never wavered from that vision. Hard work, determination and countless hours devoted to continually growing the company, have transformed it into the multimillion-dollar international manufacturer it is today.

Bob has served on the Manufacturers Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and has served on many boards in the not-for-profit sector.
Prior to founding D1, Bob served as a United States Navy pilot, flying off aircraft carriers in the Vietnam War. Following his service, Bob launched a financial career as a stockbroker with a prominent NYSE brokerage firm, where he served as account manager from 1975 to 1979. Bob received his accounting degree with an emphasis in finance from Michigan State University. During his free time, Bob has enjoyed coaching Little League baseball and youth soccer.
Linda Hallam, D1 Co-Owner & Senior Legal Counsel
Linda Hallam is co-owner of Dimension One Spas (D1) with husband and co-owner, Bob Hallam. She serves as D1's co-owner and Senior Legal Counsel.
Linda spearheaded D1's incorporation in 1977 and contributes her legal, management and strategic business expertise to position the multimillion-dollar manufacturing company for the future.

Linda's focus on the strategic development of D1's on-going business initiatives was developed, in part, from her experience as chief of staff to a highly respected San Diego city councilman, who praised Linda's management skills in his book "Leading at a Higher Level."
A graduate of San Diego State University with an emphasis on family life and consumer education, Linda also received a secondary teaching credential from the State of California. An attorney for more than 30 years, she received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
